A discreet institutional investment office, founded in 2024 and based in Groningen.
HVF Real Estate N.V. was established in July 2024 as a Dutch Public limited company. The corporate form was chosen deliberately for the recognition and confidence it conveys to institutional counterparties.
The company offers a select group of professional parties access to carefully selected real estate investments on the equity side of the capital structure. HVF does not serve retail investors, does not extend credit, and does not manage assets on behalf of third parties within the meaning of the Wft.
Our focus is direct real estate exposure, structuring expertise, and long-term relationships with professional counterparties.

The services of HVF Real Estate N.V. are directed exclusively at professional investors within the meaning of article 1:1 of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft). The activities conducted fall outside the licensing requirement of the Wft on the basis of the professional investor exemption.
HVF Real Estate N.V. is not an investment firm, is not a manager of collective investment schemes, and does not provide investment services to retail clients.
